About Xinachtli
Xinachtli is a nationally recognized character development framework, designed specifically for educators, school leaders, and counselors. Our program equips professionals with the knowledge and strategies to address root causes of school pushout, improve academic achievement, and foster social-emotional growth among students.
Grounded in indigenous principles of interconnectedness, Xinachtli empowers educators to create meaningful, lasting impact in classrooms and communities.
National Collective
Xinachtli Comadres National Colectiva (XCNC)
A growing national network of facilitators, cultural practitioners, educators, and youth leaders. XCNC serves as an extended kinship network that centers girls, Fem(mes), and non-binary youth of color. The collective works to cultivate intergenerational leadership and advance community health and systems transformation.
